The Janome Travel Mate 30 computerized sewing machine will have you sewing like a professional in no time! This user-friendly machine comes complete with 30 built-in stitches, a jam-proof top drop-in bobbin and easy to read LCD display.

By the screen, you'll find great convenience buttons including a locking stitch button, easy reverse button, and needle up/down button. Plus, you can easily control your sewing speed by using the foot control. The machine weighs just 11 pounds, making it easily portable.

What a great little, but powerful machine. Janome quality throughout (my other machine is the Janome Memory Craft 9450 QCP) and thus knowing the quality and workmanship that goes into these fine sewing machines, I did not hesitate to purchase another Janome.
I have had this machine for about 10 months and it IS a traveling machine at only 11 lbs. The size should not fool you. It does the tasks of larger machines. I’m primarily a quilter but have made tote bags and have done clothing repairs on this machine. I purchased in the red color and named her “Rosie”. I am requesting that Pocono Sew and Vac put the Janome Travel Mate on their display floor. More sewers should have the opportunity to know that this model exists. Great for a quilt retreat
